  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Place the items in their original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original method of payment or transferred to store credit.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges:

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Contact@teedupgolf.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items:

  • Please note that items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
