Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Free Australia Wide Shipping: 3-7 business days - Free

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping Time: 7-10 business days
  • Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
